The Help Desk Executives are the first point of contact for users seeking technical/non technical assistance technology issues. The help desk handles phone calls, e-mail questions from users who are experiencing software or hardware problems. They serve as members of the Helpdesk Services Team by providing the services: Call logging/allocating/closure and handling escalations.
