BMC Patrol Engineers-Implementation/Support(Others, Singapore)

Responsibilities: 7x24 support: Provide support for monitoring Solutions.
Problem tracking and escalation to the engineering teams Operation.
Perform configuration for the monitoring Solutions (user administration, console definitions, monitoring metrics and instrumentations, agents, management infrastructure) Solution integration.

Acceptance tests and hand over to production in co-operation with the engineering.
Provide support documentations and checklist.

Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor of Science , Bachelor of Computer Application , Bachelor of Engineering/Technology, Master of Computer Application/Computer Science, Master of Science or Master of Engineering/Technology in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Unix: Solaris Admin

Windows: MCSE Linux BMC Event Manager 7.0 BMC Performance Manager BMC Performance Assurance.

Databases: Oracle, Sybase, SQL.
Others:Perl and Shell scripting XML MS Office.
Skills Set: IBM Tivoli Framework 4.1.
IBM Tivoli Enterprise Console 3.9.

Good interpersonal and communications skills.

Preferably Senior Executives specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
