Designation Graduate Trainee (with Good Communication Skill) Job DescriptionProvide hardware / software / network problem diagnosis / resolution via telephone for customer's end users. Route problems to internal I.M. Support Staff.

Co-ordinate and manage relationships with vendors and support staff that provide hardware/software/ network problems resolution. Administer and provide user access and exit controls. Use the call tracking system to document and manage problems and work requests and their respective resolutions and circumventions's

Desired Profile 3-4 yrs of University education post High School (Bsc/B Com)1-2 years help dek, customer service, and support experience with problem solving involving hardware, software, and networks.

Phone Support experience.Technical helpdesk or technical call center experiecne is necessary.Disciplined, systematic problem solving skills required.Hands-on work experience with the following is added advantage Windows Operating Systems (Clients:Windows XP. Windows 2000, Windows 98. Servers: Windows 2000, Windows 2003)Remote desktop connectivity applications

MS Office Suite : MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Powerpoint, MS-Outlook/Exchange,Internet browsers (e.g. Explorer, Netscape, Firefox)VPN and remote dial-in-usersSupport for laptop,
desktops, and printersPDA and blackberry support

Others: Adobe Acrobat and other common desktop applications.

Functional Area ITES/BPO/KPO, Customer Service, Ops.

EducationUG - B.Com - Commerce;B.Sc - Any Specialization PG - Post Graduation Not Required

NoteThe job demands night shift and candidate needs to be open to work on night shift.

Candidate with 0 - 1 years experience in BPO will be added advantage
