We are looking for a Program Manger (PM) for IWS team in India Development Center, Hyderabad.

Job Description: Core responsibility For our next service release, you will be expected to be the program manager for service experience which includes passport integration, merchandizing platform, web user experience for OfficeLive service like member center, shell, registration, fraud detection, support tools, CRM and different ASP.NET applications.

You will determine what we will implement for service experience, including evaluating ideas such as information portal for small business customers; analyze marketing requirement document and driving vision, goals and feature set for your component. You will work with dev, test, PM, and user experience design teams and propose solutions for the problem. You will then design the solution team decides on and drives it to delivery.

Leadership and collaborationIn the role of Program Manager, you will need to demonstrate the ability to provide customer focused design, understand and solve technical challenges, and provide design leadership to a team of high-performance software engineers. In the role of a senior program manager the candidate must agile, be able to multitask, work effectively cross-group with several other teams in Office and MSN, and manage multiple priorities and deliverables at the same time.

The Candidate should also demonstrate strong project management skills, in documentation, recording issues, tracking progress. The Candidate should also have top-notch communication skills; ability to work with partners, customers, diverse IT groups simultaneously and is eager to learn new skills.

Education and Experience: The person should have a minimum of 3+ years experience in software development of which at least 1 year must be in the role of a Program Management.

A BS or MS degree in Computer Science or a related field is strongly preferred.
A BA/BS or graduate degree in computer science or an equivalent degree is preferred.
