Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant of industry experience. To lead a team of developers. Hands-on development experience in Java/J2EE platform experience in JSP, Servlets, AJAX, Struts Framework. Knowledge on Websphere application. Working knowledge of Unix/Linux and MySQL.
