As a Software Support Specialist at Synygy, you will provide technical support to internal and external clients for Synygy software solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
-Diagnose software coding and configuration issues entered by client
-Work with software development, systems, and consulting groups to determine best response to issues
-Ensure that client issues are resolved
-Communicate information on known and resolved issues to clients
-Perform regular status reviews of problems/issues
