Job Description
1. Design and develop quality web (JSP/Servlets) and desktop applications (plugins) using Eclipse, NetBeans.
2. Review code and implement design patterns in the code.

Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate should have hands on experience in developing Desktop Applications (plugins) or web applications with strong knowledge of Eclipse or NetBeans

Familiarity with IBM Sametime or Microsoft OCS 2007 or Jabber XMPP would be an added advantage

Experience: 1 - 3 Years
