Job Description:
1. Make Outbound Calls to customers and check details about the business as per information with us. ( Market Research )

OR

2. Take Inbound Calls from customers inquiring about billing information (telecom), or Employee Queries to the HR Helpdesk .

OR

3 . Blended Role for resolving billing queries over emails or making a few calls to customers for explaining the same (Utilities).

Desired Profile:

Graduate.
Excellent English Communication (written and verbal).
Experience of 6 months 2 years in an International BPO in Voice Process (inbound/outbound).
Experience of 0 - 1 years in an International BPO in Blended Process.
Open to UK Shifts.
Computer Savvy.
Walk-In Date: 4th Dec.' 07 to 14th Dec.' 07 (Except Sat / Sunday)
Time: 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
