"QuEST" Recruits FRESHERS : B.E/B.Tech/Diploma : (2006-07 Pass outs)

Job Description:
Ø Candidate would be initially exposed to QuEST procedures & practices, Customer standards & products and then trained on the design software and concepts, etc.

Ø The Candidate would be working for different in-house projects of QuEST which caters to the needs of global and prestigious customers in different domains.

Ø They should be flexible enough and deliver the quality output as per customer specifications.

Eligibility Criteria:
Freshers (2006-07 Pass outs) from the following streams are eligible to apply:

Diploma/BE/ME candidates from Mechanical stream
Diploma/ BE – Electrical Stream
Diploma/BE – Instrumentation Stream
Diploma/BE – Civil Stream

Ø The candidate should maintain a consistency of an aggregate of 60% and above in all 10th, 12th and Dip/BE courses.

Selection Criteria:
Ø Suitable Candidates would be called for a written test which comprises of both technical and aptitude questions, selected candidate will be called for technical interview.
Ø If the candidate is through in the technical interview, will have to face HR round of interview.

Ø The selected candidate is supposed to sign a bond with QuEST as mentioned below:
· Diploma/BE candidates would sign a bond for 3 Years.

Ø The selected candidate will have to join us within 3-4 weeks of time from the date of offer
Ø Schedule, venue for the written test will be communicated to the candidates individually.
