Desired values in a candidate:

1. Must have above 60% marks in 10 and 12th - no exceptions will be considered.

2. Must be willing to join within 15 days with no other prerequisites or conditions.

3. BE, B.Tech, ME, M.Tech, MCA degree from a premier engineering institute (IIT, BITS Pilani, Thaper, Trichi REC, PEC, or any other REC)

4. Strong understanding of SQL queries, stored procedures, and optimization of SQL queries

5. Hands on experience on Java, JSP, Hibernate, J2EE / Java design patterns, XML, XSLT, CSS/HTML / JavaScript, AJAX, JBoss, MySQL, Liferay, Eclipse etc

6. Having experience of working on a highly scalable and high performance N-Tier Client Server systems and Service Architectures based on Java, J2EE, and design patterns

7. Strong technical skills on both UNIX and windows platform

8. Good communication skills are a plus

9. Should have the ability to think and implement ideas
