Job Description:
As a Hardware and Networking Engineer, the executive will be responsible to resolve Desktop and Network level customer calls. It is a field job with initially 50% at Small Companies and 50% at Small to Medium Corporate customers.

Executive will be responsible for Installing desktops, installing required software, managing antivirus, configuring network connectivity, handling Outlook and other similar aspects involved in such activities.

Desired Profile:
Candidate must be able to talk in English on a basic level. Good knowledge of Desktop Hardware, Operating Systems and Network connectivity at desktop level.

He should know how to troubleshoot desktops and LAN connectivity. We train executives to progress to becoming experts in their job profile.

Also, candidate must be located in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai or Thane District.
