Job Description :
- Develop and maintain process flows
- Develop and maintain Entity relationship diagrams and Data flow diagrams
- Develop and maintain User Guides, Installation Guides and Release documents
- Develop and maintain online help (HTML help) for the product
- Develop and maintain Training Manual
- Update existing documents for contents, diagrams, logical flows, etc.
- Designing, writing, editing, reviewing, and updating the documents following the MSTP style guide.
- Smart Freshers with certification course of technical writing can also apply.
