Job Description:
Primarily responsible for transcribing the tapes received from clients and also ensuring Copy typing of files sent out by the clients.

Liaising with the clients, maintenance, tracking & closure of clients issues & issue Logs.

Monitoring/proof reading quality of files done by transcriptionists before sending out to clients

Desired Profile:
Mandatory Skill set:
- Typing speed: 20-30 wpm
- Basic Grammatical knowledge
- Basic Computer knowledge
- Fluency in English

Soft Skills Reqd :
- Excellent Oral and Written Communication skills
- Good client interfacing skills
- Energetic and self driven individual
- Team Player
