-Sound understanding of OO design, DB Design, XML, basic Java, J2EE
-Extensive coding experience in core Java, EJBs, Design Patterns, Frameworks like Struts and others
-Exposure to SOAP, Web Services Deployment and Implementation, LWJ, Spring.

- Relevant Experience in skills concerned
-Excellent communication skills is a must
-Excellent team player and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
