Knowledge on VOIP phones, configuration of the systems, printers and networks using TCP/IP
Support users for their operating system, MS office, Outlook and access to Internet
Maintenance, administration of web server, Mail server/ DNS Server, Security installations etc
He should have good communication skills.
Must have good understanding of Networking concepts and Windows 2003 Active Directory, VOIP, IIS and building robust server environments.
Must handle LAN, WAN, INTRANET, ANTIVIRUS, etc
Working knowledge of route management andswitches are essential.
