Job Description:
The job of a Post Graduate Engineer Trainee is, essentially learining the core competencies involved in various business operations of Vijai Electricals Ltd. This calls for consolidation of fundamental concepts of electrical engineering in general and transformer and switchgear technologies in particular. The business operations are designing, manufacturing, marketing, purchase, finance and accounting, maintenance, costing, supply chain management, quality and execution of turnkey projects.

Desired Profile:
To involve actively and learn both the concepts and applications in the training curriculum in classroom as well as on the job training.

To demonstrate that the desired learning took place as indicated by performance evaluation during the training.

To build up the ability to apply the learning in understanding the operational processes of the business of VEL.
