Job Description:
1. Can give support to the technical leaders.
2.Environment requires the personnel to be self motivated, along with excellent leadership and inter-personnel skill.
3.Should possess very strong communication and presentation skills.
4.Should be able to analyze requirements and formulate proposals.
5.Should be able to compare and recommend solutions.

Technical Skills:
- Strong Java development skills. (J2EE, J2ME, XML, XSL, JMS, JSP, etc...)
- Should have a hand on experience in UML, Data modeling, service oriented architecture, Struts, Junit, N-Tier application development and Ajax technology.
- Application profiling knowledge preferred.

This position offers excellent compensation package that includes incentive besides fixed salary component. The company has 5 days week with good infrastructure. Company has a proven track record of sponsoring qualified candidates for US Visa or Green Card. Qualified candidates must be willing to sign 2 yrs commitment.
