Roles and Responsibilities :
Should be able to troubleshoot and give online solutions and register 100% of the calls with proper information captured as defined in SOP by capturing the relevant technical information. Should be an excellent team player and should posses excellent customer orientation skills.

Skills Required :

Language Skills - English and Hindi with any one or more of the following regional languages. Marathi, Punjabi, Bengali, Oriya, Marathi, Gujarati.

Soft Skills - Customer service skills, Basic Telephone Etiquette, Customer Orientation, Communication skills, Listening skills, Able to answer customer queries politely and effectively.

System knowledge - Knowledge of Hardware & Networking, OS - Windows, Linux, Novell. Familiar with technical terminologies of application and software's. 100% Process knowledge and adherence. Certifications like A+, MCSE, CCNA would be an added advantage.

Experience: 0 - 3 years

Education: Any graduate, Diploma
