Job Details:
As a technical support resource you would provide online and onsite support of our enterprise software products to clientele in Telecom, BFSI and other domains.

You should have very strong technical, analytical and problem solving skills. Strong knowledge of various operating systems like Windows, UNIX, Linux, Solaris would be a major advantage.

This role will provide opportunity to travel across India and various other countries based on the performance and skill level of individuals.

Should have very strong communication skills and must have a presentable personality.

Academics:
Should be a graduate in any discipline. A degree or diploma in IT or Engineering would added advantage.
