Mobile Application Development

Mandatory:

Strong C/C++ coding skills on Linux/ Unix/ EMP platform.
Knowledge of RTOS and embedded systems

Desirable:

Hands on experience in any of the mobile applications like PIM (phone book, date book, calendar, scheduler etc.), Messaging applications (EMS, SMS, NMS), WAP Browser, Multimedia applications (Media Player, Video Technology, Camera Applications)


Symbian

Mandatory:

Strong C/C++ coding skills on Symbian platform.
Desirable:
Hands on development experience in Mobile handset projects based on S60.
Experience on Symbian Multimedia Framework (MDF, MMF, E-CAM, Media Players).
Experience in Bootstrapping, Device Drivers (Display, Camera, USB, Bluetooth etc.) on Symbias OS.
GSM Development

Mandatory:

Strong C/C++ & Win 32 programming skills.
Knowledge of COM, DCOM, ODBC middleware programming & TCP/IP network programming
Hands on experience in suing software tools and software engineering methods.
Ability to implement protocols by reading GSM and IETF related protocol standards.

Desirable:

Core network protocols implementation of call-control functions and features and SoftSwitch implementation Radio management including GSM and EDGE protocols, Network Management for GSM/IP networks.

GSM Test

Mandatory:

Hands on experience in using the software tools and software engineering methods.
Knowledge of Protocol dissection & protocol engineering.
Must have worked and executed test cases of call-control, radio-manangement and/or TCP-TP network protocols.

Desirable: Ability to develop system level test cases by reading the GSM and IETF standard protocols.

Mandatory for above positions:

Graduation / Post Graduation in Electronics / Computer Science / Electrical / Electronics and Communications with
- 1.5 - 6 years of experience
- Expertise in C/C++
- IS - Unix, Linux, RTOS/Symbian
- Exposure to all phases of SDLC, good debugging and analytical skills
